Outstanding Offshore Performance
Introduction
After
an outstanding year in 2006, including the prestigious Royal Ocean
Racing club Yacht of the year, RORC IRC overall, IRC2 and the double
hand championship for the second year running. The season was
topped off with more silverware in outstanding performance in the Rolex
middle sea race. Which finished the year of nicely with a 1st in
the double handed division, 2nd in IRC2 and impressive 3rd overall.
The fleet including ABN ABRO (VO70) and a number of super maxi's
including Morning Glory and Alfa Romeo. Only Morning Glory managed
to finish ahead of Shaun with 18 more crew.
About Me
Shaun Murphy lives on the Southcoast of England
which allows for or easy access to the water. Shaun has worked
international in diverse environments including the USA, China and
Japan, currently a consultant for a larger communications company
advising one of the largest broadcasters in the World in future
technlogies.
